About Me

I grew up in another beach town, Rehoboth Beach Delaware. St. Augustine is far different - most importantly it doesn't snow here!

I graduated from the University of Delaware and went to work for Sears. I guess all my life I've been in sales. After leaving Sears on Cape Cod, I wound up the East Valley of Phoenix, Arizona. There I started two computer companies one being a software company providing software to CPA's. After selling the software company in 1999, I ended up in Florida.

I earned by real estate license in 2003 and found that my technology background was a great advantage in the real estate profession. There are a lot of technology tools to be put to use in real estate, and I use all of them that I can.

I live three blocks from the ocean in St. Augustine Beach, and incorporated city of 2.5 square miles. I live, work, and play here and consider this and the surrounding areas of St. Augustine to be my turf!

I really enjoy the experience of helping customers reach their real estate goals and I never have a lack of time for customers that are serious. Give me a try!
